Shipping Policy
• Due to the large size of the product, shipping is arranged with selected courier companies and subject to their rules.
• Delivery is not available to villages or hard-to-access locations. Coordination will be done with the shipping representative.
• Any delivery rescheduling is the responsibility of the recipient.
• In case of order refusal, the deposit is non-refundable.
• The remaining balance is paid using the same method as the deposit upon delivery.
• Shipping fees are paid directly to the courier.
